Return Policy

Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• If your return is accepted, we’ll let you know the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
• The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

Sale Items:

• Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. You will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
