Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be in the same condition as when received—unworn/unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You may use your order number as proof of purchase. We will verify it upon receipt.
    Note: Returns and exchanges are only available for online purchases. Items purchased through retail partners are not eligible.

Return Process

    Email us at hellorunners@nedao.com to request a return authorization. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  2. Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  3. Instructions:
    Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

  • Inspection & Approval:
    After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
  • Processing Time:
    Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
  • Delayed Refunds:
    If more than 15 business days have passed since approval without a refund, please contact us at hellorunners@nedao.com.

Sale Items

  • Non-refundable:
    Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items Only:
    We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same product, contact us at hellorunners@nedao.com.
  • Exchange Process:
    For the quickest resolution, return the item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired product.
