Singapore & Malaysia:

  • Flat rate: SGD 5 for all packages
  • Free shipping for orders of SGD 100 and above.

Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines, Hong Kong SAR, Japan & Korea:

  • Flat rate: SGD 8 for all packages
  • Free shipping for orders of SGD 120 and above.

Europe:

  • SGD 15 (~€10 or £8) for Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal (19 of 20 regions), Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden
  • SGD 35 (~€24) flat rate for all other countries

U.K:

  • SGD 15 (~£8)
  • Free shipping for orders over £150

U.S.:

  • USD 10 flat rate for all packages
  • Free shipping for orders over USD 200

North America & US Outlaying islands:

  • SGD 35 (~28 USD) flat rate for all packages

United Arab Emirates (UAE):

*If you encounter a situation where the shipping fee charged is much different from what is stated in our shipping policy due to a website error, we kindly request you to follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer support team at hellorunners@nedao.com immediately after placing your order. Provide us with the necessary order details and a description of the issue you encountered with the shipping fee.

2. Review and Refund: Our team will thoroughly review your order and investigate the discrepancy. If we find that the difference in the shipping fee was indeed due to a website error, we will promptly refund you the additional shipping fee.

Shipping Time:

NEDAO aims to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days after order processing. The estimated delivery time will vary depending on the shipping destination and customs clearance procedures. Generally, you can expect your package to arrive in approximately 7 to 14 business days.

Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or natural disasters, may affect delivery times.

Order Processing:

Our team will process your order promptly within 1 to 2 business days.

1. Most products ship directly from our fulfillment center. Orders typically dispatch within 1-2 business days, and you will automatically receive a fulfillment email.

2. For specific products shipped from our mainland warehouse, items are first sent to an international transit center (in 2-4 workings), then shipped overseas. In such cases, the fulfillment notification will be sent once the international tracking link is available.

During peak seasons or promotional events, there might be slight delays in processing times, but rest assured, we will do our utmost to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible.

Tracking:

We now provide tracking for all orders. You will receive a tracking notification along with the fulfillment email once your order has shipped.

Customs and Duties:
